İade Koşulları
Firmamız, yalnızca üretim kaynaklı hatalı ürünler için iade kabul etmektedir. Toptan siparişlerde ürünler sevkiyat öncesi kalite kontrol sürecinden geçmektedir. Ancak nadiren de olsa oluşabilecek üretim hatalarına karşı aşağıdaki iade şartları geçerlidir:
- İade talebi, ürün tesliminden itibaren 5 iş günü içinde yazılı olarak bildirilmelidir.
- Ürünler kullanılmamış, etiketleri çıkarılmamış ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
- Hatalı ürünler için iade yerine değişim öncelikli uygulanır.
- Nakliye kaynaklı hasarlarda, taşıma firmasıyla tutanak tutulması zorunludur.
- Toptan satışlarda, model/beden uyumsuzluğu veya beğenmeme gibi nedenlerle iade kabul edilmez.
İade süreci başlamadan önce bizimle iletişime geçmeniz ve ön onay almanız gerekmektedir.
Conditions of Return
As a wholesale manufacturer, we only accept returns for products with proven manufacturing defects. All items undergo strict quality control prior to shipment. However, in rare cases, if any production issue arises, the following return terms apply:
- Return requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days after delivery.
- Products must be unused, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
- In case of defective products, replacements are prioritized over refunds.
- Damages caused during shipping must be reported with an official damage report issued by the courier.
- Returns due to dislike, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted in wholesale transactions.
Please contact us before initiating a return. Approval is required prior to returning any items.
